The Workshop

Lots of people talking Help learn how to encourage people to listen to each other, build relationships and talk about ways to work together to solve problems.

What We Will Learn

  • Principles of civil discourse in action
  • Conduct civil public dialogues that inform, engage and resolve
  • Roleplay alternative perspectives on an issues
  • Facilitate & participate in the process

Our workshop leaders are Judi Pogue and Marieann Shovlin of LWV Cupertino Sunnyvale and Santa Clara County under the direction of Martha Cox, League of Women Voters of California board member.
